Monroe Center
The Monroe Center focuses on toddlers and serves children ages 12 to 36 months old. There are two classrooms, one for younger toddlers and one for older toddlers. The classes mix for many of their activities and eat their meals together. The Center’s downtown location makes it possible for the children to take many walking/stroller field trips, for example to the Corvallis Library and to Central Park. The Monroe Center has been in operation for more than thirty years.
Although the Monroe Center is located within the First United Methodist Church, the childcare program has no religious content and the church is not involved in operation of the Center.
